Unstitched sets
Semi-stitched sets
Sale items
Exhibition purchases
Products that have been opened, tried, or altered
Colour variation (minor differences are normal)
2. Exchange for Defective/Damaged Products
We offer an exchange only if:
The product received is damaged or defective
You notify us within 24 hours of receiving the parcel
You share a complete unboxing video showing the issue clearly
Conditions for Exchange:
Product must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging
Our team will verify the issue before approval
If the same product is unavailable, store credit may be issued
3. Store Credit
Valid for 3 months
Cannot be converted to cash
4. Cancellation Policy
Orders once placed cannot be cancelled, as pieces are reserved and packed specially for you.
If we cancel due to stock or operational issues, a full refund will be provided.
